HOW IS THIS BETTER THAN A BROKER OR LISTING SERVICE?

A broker will call a management company to get apartments. Their fees vary from 10% to 15% of the first year’s rent or 1-2 months rent. That’s a huge fee. When you call the management company directly to get your apartment you pay NO FEE.
